A fatal head-on crash occurred on South White Horse Pike in Camden County, according to developing and unconfirmed reports.

The crash, involving a box truck, happened at about 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 near Spring Garden Road in Winslow Township, initial reports said.

The pike was closed down during the investigation.
